Setting up your One VPS
To set up your VPS, log into your Simplyhosting.com portal with the email address you used to create your account and the password you set.
Once logged in, you will see your dashboard:
Click on the VPS tab where you will see your servers.
Tip: If you can’t see your server, check your payment has gone through. Most servers are set up within 30 mins unless you’ve asked for something complex. When the server set up is complete you will receive a release email.
This is where you can check the specification of your servers, reinstall the OS, upgrade or add services.
Click on ‘Manage’ where you can perform various actions on your SSD VPS (pre Aug 24th 2026) including request upgrades, set rDNS, raise a ticket and access the Control Panel and Console of the new One VPS product range (launched 24th Aug 2026).

Once the order ia accepted by the Simply Hosting team, the operating system will install within a few minutes for Linux servers and for Windows it will launch the final set-up steps which need to be completed.
